The Check Engine light comes on in your car. You take it in to be serviced. $502.00. Great! Just when you think you’re going to have some extra money to do something with. You could charge it, but you would still have to pay off your charge card, with interest. You’ve been trying to pay down the balance on your charge card. You could start a little business. It’s not as complicated as it may seem. Sometimes it just takes a little imagination. What is a service that people may need? I recently saw a news article where a young man in high school started a little business cleaning peoples garbage cans. Think about it. How many times have you thought how much your garbage can smells whenever you take out the trash. Well, he saw the need, and provided a service, a service he hopes his younger siblings will continue when he goes off to college next year.
Need A Business Idea? What Are Your Hobbies?
Think about what hobbies you may have, or would like to take up, if you had the time. There are a world of possibilities. Do you like knitting? Think about ways you could generate an income. How about cooking, or baking? How could you generate an income with that? Maybe some type of catering business? A big hobby of mine is photography, and I have a little website where I market my photos. Who says it has to be a hobby though.
